I truly enjoyed this book. It was different than the rest with the emotional and heartbreaking element. I loved Abby and Quentin's story. What they went through to have their HEA was tough and devastating. But with the support and love they had, they made it to the other side. Abby had been through a lot before meeting Quentin. she was a fighter and had a hard time trusting. Quentin was struggling to understand the terms of his existence and made some tough choices due to that fact. Once they met, they couldn't deny the comfort they found in each other. The story was written well and pulled me in from the beginning. I love this series and hope to see a book for Aaron. I would hate to see it end.Product details

LOVED this one! I adore this series and this author! Abby was one of the people tortured by Mason in book one. When she was found and set free by Quentin and Truman her life as she knew it would never be the same. She can't go back to who she was and she struggles everyday with her fear and anger. Quentin always thought about the girl that he rescued from Masons and wants nothing more then to help her out of her, now life of crime, and into a better life she deserves. I loved Quentin in books one and two. He was the level-headed, rational, solitary, helpful doctor that was there when they all needed him. It was nice to see a woman get under his skin and invade his peaceful life. I love the way Elizabeth Finn writes, she leaves nothing to question. Its like this vampire world she created makes complete sense in the way she describes it. From their medical aspect, to their history, to their scenery, to their character personalities...I can see it all so clearly which makes it easy to get pulled in and absorbed in this world. This book was a bit different from books one and two whereas the villain is already in the past, yet a more internal struggle, physical and emotional is the real complication. It was emotional, suspenseful, seriously smokin-freakin-HOT, and heartwarming. Thank you Elizabeth! This was a FANTASTIC read!!! I can't wait for more from this series!

Totally happy with this book...wish it was not over. I have read the whole series so far over the last two and a half days! Wish there was more. It is like reading all the best rolled into one. Presley Cole, Lori Leigh, Shannon McKenna just name a few!
Finn is always on point with her story, characters and the world she creates for the reader. The story was exciting and the main characters were terrific. I love the way Finn draws the reader in, then keeps them on edge waiting for the next book.
I have read all three of The immortal series. I have enjoyed each one but I have found that like most series the first book is the best. Ms. Elizabeth Finn is one of my favorite writers and I have yet to read a book by her that I didn't like. All of her books are stand alone stories so you don't have to buy each one to finish the series(I love this!!). This series has handsome, hot, sexy alpha males. who you definitely wouldn't mine let bite you!!! I recommend books 1and 2. Book three was alright.
